Tho Development League will offer aevcral prizes for the cleanest towns In tho state. Tho cities will be dlvld-1 ed Into several clnssoB, according to j population, and each town will contest con-test ogalnat other towns lu Its class. Tho commercial clubs, civic Improvement Improve-ment leagues and other similar organizations organ-izations will bo asked to co-operato together and offer local prizes for tho cleanest lots, etc. Tho other Important question discussed dis-cussed was tho getting out of ft re-Bourco re-Bourco Burvey for overy community lu tho statedThis survey will bIiow what the people use, what Is produced and what each community Is capable of producing.
