| Show 0 BRIGHT OUTLOOK FOR PIOCHE NEVADA by L H beason pioche nevada jan 10 the year 1915 has opened very auspiciously for pioche the outlook for the future has not been so bright as it is today in many years the mines which have been in operation during the past year were never in better condition for great production and this fact is emphasized pha sized by the announcement that at least two and possibly three milling plants will be erected during the year which has just begun while chib it has been known to some that the amalgamated pioche mines smelting smelling Sm elting corporation has had this campaign in view others did not know that recent developments in the raymond ely properties under lease to the yuba tuba leasing development company have been such as to encourage the management to take immediate steps toward the construction of ai at least a 25 ton daily capacity plant while the yuba tuba is extracting a fine grade of shipping ore it has bas also developed some extensive bodies of low grade ores which will yield a good profit after milling on the ground it is also pleasing to note that the yuba company proposes to engage in the custom milling business and may also engage actively in the sampling and purchase of ores this mill will be of immense interest to the small producers of the pioche and adjacent districts and there are many for it will give them a way to find a market for the tit bits of ore which they will be encouraged to produce from time to time while the writer has not been advised as to the capacity of the proposed plant of the amalgamated pioche company it to assume that the initial unit will va e of at least tons daily capacity possibly con |
