MacParland manager Of the western divIsion of the agency who secured the confession of Harry Orchard It was this confession which caused the arrest of Moyer Haywood and Pet Pettibone in Denver Colo Cob a short time ago Mr Cary has been more or less intimately connected with the case since the matter came under the observation observation of the agency The present case is being called per
