WONT BE BEALL ALL PLAY President Pr Kingsbury Tells Students They Must Study The first general assembly of all the students stud nt of the university was held yesterday morning moning There was a large attendance President James T Kings Kingsbury Kingsbury Ings bury made his address of welcome and read the rules of discipline and made an explanation of them He also said that the school would not tolerate students coming to the school for athletics who neglected class work and that no play player er would be allowed to enter an ath athletic athletic athletic letic contest who was not passing in ten hours work After his address all except the col cot college college lege students were dismissed and a meeting of the student body was held The membership question was dis discussed discussed discussed cussed and the annual dues for the year were collected Professor Byron Cummings representing the athletic council made the annual report of the finances of the university athletics for last season and made a rousing talk urging the support of athletics
