FAILURE GIVEN AS THE CAUSE Omaha Aug 31 Edward Edward Rosewater Ros proprietor and editor of the Omaha See Bee and prominently prominently identified with the political financial and business af fairs of Omaha and the state of Ne No braska for forty years year was found dead dea tn n district court room No 6 on the third floor of the Bee building early today He had evidently died of heart failure Mr Rosewater went to Waterloo Neb Thursday afternoon where he de livered an address to the old soldiers of DC Nebraska who were holding a picnic nt at t that He reached Omaha on hIs liis return trip at 7 p m He is known to have been in his office during the evening but was not seen by members of his family after returning from Waterloo It was a habit of or Mr lr Rosewater to too togo togo go o to Body Found by Judge Jude Troup When Judge Troup who presides over court No 6 arrived at the court room thia morning he was surprised to find the lifeless body of Mr lIr Rosewater on ona ona ona a bench He was sitting slUinG at the end of the bench reclining easily against a radiator He had reclined his head on onLie Lie lis 18 extended arm ann across an arm at atthe atthe atthe the end of ot the bench In his right hand bawd he Ju held a n handkerchief having evi evidently dently felt warm worm and used it to wipe the perspiration tram from his face Mrs left a light burning at the family home which is directly in hl the rear of the Bee building ar F r sting lUng that her ber husband would be home during the evening When he did not appear rs Ro notified Chief Chic of Police Pollee that his brother had often expressed a wish Avish that when he should die that it be without lingering illness and that h ht he would prefer to pass away in the manner in which he did Effect of Long
