If any subscribers order the discontinuance dis-continuance of their newspapers, the publiaher may continue to send them until all arro.iriigct) are paid. 3, If subscribers neglect or refuse to taxo their ne wnpu pens from Ihe ofilces to which they are directed, the law holds Lliem responsible until they have settled the bills, and ordered them discontinued. 4. H subscribers remove to other places without informing tbe publisher, pub-lisher, and tho newspapers are sent lo the former direction, they are held reHponsiblo. - G. The courts havo decided that refusing to take newspapers from the olliee, or removing and leaving thom uncalled for, is prima facie evidence of intuntiouul fraud. 6.
