Messrs. Cavuuuvu and Wells of the board were there. Judge Trumbull, Jude Stalio. Governor Palmer and ex-Governor McHenry of the northern north-ern democrats, and the democratic committee, which has charge of the evidence to be presented on the part of the democrat?, were present. There was a delay in the meetina on the part of the board on account ol : the absence of Messrs. Anderson and Renuer. The board met at 12.30 ; and authorized the sergeaut-at-arms to procure a room for the meeting of thu board.
