The republican state convention for the election of delegab.s to tho Cincinnati convention, con-vention, met at Jefferson city, at noon, and organized by tho electiou of Milo Blair president. In the afternoon a number oT resolutions reso-lutions were read. They endorse the Grant administration, thanking him for refusmg to pardon convicted criminals. Resolutions endorsing Grant and in favor of Morton, Blaine and Bristow wero referred. The committee on credentials reported that they were unable to agree and the convention took recess till 7 o'clock. In the night session resolutions wre adopted demanding constitutional constitu-tional rights for every citizen, and a thorough reform and economy of the administration, tho pursuit and punishment pun-ishment of official frauds; mainte nance of the national crtdit; sound currency, coin or paper, convertible into coin, and unscctarian common schools; charging the democritic party with sympathizing with treason as formerly; denouncing the action, of that party in giving preference to rebels over Union soldiers, and proposing pro-posing repudiation with mismanagement, mismanage-ment, and thwarting investigation and showing itself unworthy to man age national affairs. Tne resolutions further invite tiie cooperation of all good citizens of whatever party in securing good government and honest officials. Tne followirg delegates-al-Iarge wero elected : Benj unin T.
