Show Supremo Court. The supremo court of the territory comcucd ub 10 o'clock yesterday afternoon, Chief Justice Schaitlar and associates Emerson und Borsman on thu bench. The calendar shows nix-teen nix-teen cases to come before the court, throe of which are ciiminal the John D. Lee, the Idaho Bill aud the Alonzo Colton cases all from the Second district court. At the preliminary call of the calendar none of the actions were ready to bo taken up yesterday. The suit of Thomas J. Almy, plaintiff and appellant, vs. B. G. Raybould, defendant and respondent, waH continued for the term by consent con-sent ol parties. The attorneys for John G. Wiggins filed with the court a transcript of the judgment of the supreme court ot the United States, reversing the judgment judg-ment of this court and ordering a new trial for Wiggins. Court adjourned till 10 o'clock this morning. |
