Show Democratic Mass Meeting;. Whereas, cflorts are now bring made by the party in power, which has been signally repudiated by tho people, to foist upon the country a president who is not the choice of tho voters of the nation, and Whereas, the democratic party, promising to the country needed reforms re-forms iu the administration of the government, fully and fairly ft or ted their candidates for tho oflioes of president and vice president at the recent election ; A'oif, thereore, in response to the suggestions of the democratic national commiltoo made to democrats throughout tbe Union, a mas meeting meet-ing of the democracy of Utah territory terri-tory is hereby called to meet at the Liberal Institute, in Salt Lake city, ou Monday, January Slh, 1877, at 7 o'clock, p.m., Iu consider the preseut political condition of the country, and to unite with llifir hrolhtir democrats throughout tbe Union in demanding that the will of the people shall be obeyed.
