Show Accidental Death. The Christmas festivities of Bins-ham Bins-ham were somewhat marred by Ibe accidental killing there of Thomas P. Jackson, a young and highly respected re-spected miuer. Jackson bad been employed for iouie time in the Revere mine, and on Sunday, complaining of being unwell, rode to Bingham and put up at the Dixon house. About 9 o'clock Christmas morning he was in tbe br room, conversing with acquaintances, when he suddenly sud-denly arose and went behind tho bar. None of those present paid any attention at-tention to the movements of Jackson, but in a moment the report of a pistol j shot was heard in the room, and the poor miner fell, with a bullet hole in hie forehead. He died within a few moments. Deceased had been subject sub-ject to epileplio fits, which wero seriously annoying lo him, and it is thought by soma that he took his life on that account; however, the coroner's coro-ner's jury (an inquest waa held before Justice S. C. Perriu) found a verdict of accidental death. Jackson was 26 years old, and had boen in Utah four or five years. His parents reside near Galena, Illinois, and he has a brother in Dead wood.
