Park aud bis partners in connection with the Emma mine. The first is brought by Warren Hussey of San Francisco, who caino here as the principal witness in the English suit. Hussey says that tho developments of tho recent trial opened hia eyes and he saw that he had not been equitably equit-ably dealt with. Ho charges that while Park was buying Emma mine stock irom him for &3U currency, he win selling it in Loudon for $117 gold. Puis and several other interesting details de-tails are set forth in Hussey 'b complaint, com-plaint, which has been served on Park and bis partners. Tho other suit ia hrought by Robert B. Chisholm on tiie same grounds, including the interest in-terest accrued on amounts claimed. The plaintiffs each Beek $500,000. It is aaid that James E.
