He was insensible when assistance arrived. ar-rived. He was taken to the residence resi-dence of Mr. F. Piatt and subsequently subse-quently to his oaii bouse on First South street, where he was attended by Drs. Benedict and Anderson. We understand no bones were broken, though the unfortunate gentleman is pretty badly hurt. His injuries, however, are not ol a serious char-' acter, so that wo may expect to eeo , him out again in a few days. j |
