Show A Serious Accident. This morning, at about 8.30 o'clook, Ogden time, Mr. Thomas Williams,' an employ d of the Central Pacific road, was standing upon one of tbe tracks eaet of the Union Depot Hotel, engaged in taking down the numbers upon a train of cars that was just coming in from the west; as it was snowing at tbe time, and there being be-ing considerable enow upon the track, he did not notice the approach of the switch engine, which was backing towards him, until the locomotive Btruck him a stunning blow in the back, which threw him with great foroe against the moving train of which he had been taking the car numbers. Fortunately For-tunately he was not thrown under tbe train, and consequently he escaped Budden death. After the accident occurred the young man was picked up by friends and shortly afterward be was conveyed to hiB home, where, with proper care, he will recover shortly from his injuries, which appear ap-pear to be about the back and bead.
