Andrew Mackey, juror, on the stand at the adjournment yesterday, in answer to queaiious of counsel, said ho was a real estate breker and insurance agent. At tho request of Beecher's counsel the court granted an hour's time to investigate in-vestigate MacKey's statement. Chas. B. Westman, dealer in telegraph tele-graph instruments, and liy. Thayer, employC in a alove foundry, were accepted ac-cepted as the fourth and filth, and W. Downes, retired tanner, and George Hall, a carpenter, as the sixth and seventh jurors.
