Show Utah Western. President John W. Young, Superintendent Super-intendent H. P. Kimball, and other gentlemen connected with the Utah Western railway, returned yesterday from an official visit to Tooele valley, where they went for the purpose of selecting the route for the road into Rush valley. We understand the location has not been definitely made, but it is probable the road will go through Tooele city and then down into Rush valley, leaving Stockton a short distance on the right, and striking the bed of the valley in the vicinity of the Chicago smelters. Engineers En-gineers will commence running the preliminary survey to-day. |
