Show Cache Counfy Educational Institute. In-stitute. Logan City Hall, Oot. 11. Editors Herald: The Educational Institute of Cache County mei per adjournment in the Logan City Hall. Prayer by Mr. Leatharu. Minutes of September session ses-sion read and adopted. Soil called. Mr. Howelis was appointed critic for tbe day's eesaion. After tbe first miscellaneous miscel-laneous business was disposed of, the programme lor tbe day was carried out as follows: A lecture on "Oral Teaching" by Mr. Carlyle; ecleot reading entitled, "Tbe Schoolmaster's GueBta," by Mies Blair; a lesson in division of fractions, conuucieu oy jur. nuwena; a lestun in tbe Fourth Reader, by Mrd. Hyde. The lessons were conducted in a very able and interesting manner. Mrs. Angell, of Salt Lake, being present, favored us with a short address. ad-dress. Was very much pleased with tbe manner in which the institute waei governed and the epirit of inter-eat inter-eat and energy which pervaded it. The president spoke a short time to the trustees on matters of interest. It was moved and carried that tbe words "and librarian" be added to the constitution. It was moved and carried that tbe minutes of the institute insti-tute be sent to the Logan Leader for publication. Programme for next meeting read and approved.
