Tbe following details havo been re ported in relation to the service of the writ of injunction issued by Judge Bowen, of the Fourtb district, thia stale, in accordance with which the Denver aud Rio Grande Railway Company has recovered possession of their constructed railway between Denver and Alamosa, and nearly all of tbe remaining portions of the service at all points between Denver and Pueblo. The train was fired upon at Cuoharas and one man killed. The fire wua returned and two of the assailants mortally wounded. They then dispersed and scattered.
