From the Utah County Times of the 29th: There is a grand ball to be held in Timpanogas hall on New Yeur's-eve, and Btill another on New Year's night. The U. S. R, R. extension ia being pushed rapidly southward. Our neighbors of Spanish Fork can now hear the bell ring. The grade is compltted to Pay son. During tho season about siity new buildings have been erected at Pay-son, Pay-son, all of them ot a very substantial character. There is still plenty of building material on hand, and the business in that line ia good. There is one high sctiool and three district schools constantly running in Payson, that have a large attendance of pupils, and nil of the schools are amply provided for. |
