Show Bound Over. Yesterday Mr. Nels Boukofsky was again arrested and taken before Justice Jus-tice Crismon to answer the charge of threatening the life of Mr. Jo. Caz-zeau. Caz-zeau. The examination was held last evening, F. Tilford, Esq, prosecuting, prose-cuting, and R. H. Robertson, Esq., defending. Boukofsky is now under bonds to await the action of the grand jury on a charge of shooting Cazzeau in the groin a few weeks ago. The cause of yesterday's arrest occurred before the Bhooting, witnesses testifying testify-ing that they had frequently heard him (B) threaten to kill C, The justice held the accused in $3,500 bonds to keep the peace. An officer took charge of him last night, and it is probable the bonds will be given today. to-day. - |
