Show COURT PR0UEKDINGS. Third District Court Lowe, C. J., Presiding, MARCH TERM FIFTY-FIIEST DAY. Court convened at 5:30 a. m. J. Sevenoaks, et al., vs. Utah M. & S. Co., Hempstead tfc Kirkpatrick and Gamble for tho plaintiffs, Marshall Mar-shall Jt Royle for the defendant; trial by jury. The jury came into court and requested further instruction in relation to the contract of December 15th, 1S71, and after having been so instructed by the court were again conducted to their room. I Beatty Lyons vs. Cordelia J. Hammer, Ham-mer, et al.; settled and dismissed. Diamond Cross M. Co. rs. John Tiernan; demurrer to amended complaint com-plaint argued and submitted; taken under advisement by the court. Mary Collard vs. Salisbury & Gilmer; Gil-mer; demurrer to complaint argued and taken under advisement. 1 L. U. Colbath t's, Saturn S. M. Co.; answer withdrawn and judgment was entered for the plaintiff. In the matter of the application oi Sarah Ann Cook, ct al., for a deed to a portion of a city lot, etc.; motion to dismiss appeal argued and overruled. over-ruled. Tlie jury in the case of Sevenoaks vs. Utah M. & S. Co., came into court and presouted a verdict for tho defendant. Durant & Cutting ts.
