The decision mada today by Commissioner Williamson Wil-liamson of the general land office concerning the survey of San Francisco Fran-cisco Pueblo landB, is a very lengthy document, fortified by numerous citations cita-tions of legal authorities and elaborately elabor-ately reviewing the history of the case from the earliest period. It is addressed ad-dressed to the AurvGyor-general of Calilornia and concludes by directing him to inform all parlies in interest, that unless an appeal bo taken to the tecretary of the interior within sixty days, a palent will be issued for the Pueblo lands in precise accordance with the Stratton Burvey, except so far as congresB, by the net of 187C has changed the boundaries of the presidio.'--. .! |
