Show The Challenge Pigeon Hatch, i The match for a purse of $300, between be-tween Mr. John Addoms, of Corinne, who challenged auy man in Utah, took place yesterday on the State road. The match was opened by Mr. Addoms, who misted bis first bird. Patterson followed with a dead shot. Addoms again missed, Patterson Patter-son making an easy kill. The lead of the two birds which Patterson had was not made up during the match. During part of the match only one bird stood between tho contestants, but it finally en-led with a lead of two lor Patterson, Mr. AdtJoma ia evidently evi-dently a gqcd shot, aud by his courteous cour-teous behavior aud sportsmanlike proceedings, has made a good impression. im-pression.
