The legal gentlemen attribute tne irouDie to disease with which the recorder is afflicted, and which aflects him mentally and physically. If strangely peculiar rulings and arbitrary ar-bitrary and severe decisions are evidences of physical and mental disease, how terribly afllicted some of our Utah judges have been in tbe past. Tbo wonder is, how tbey could have survived. |
