The young man who made himself ao conspicuous on Friday evening by riding the streets and sidewalks on a mule and endangering the lives of citizens was yesterday fined $15 for fast riding and being drunk. An additional fine of $25 was assessed for aaaulling and bruising the offioer who was attempting to arrest him. He paid the fine. Fred Jones, also connected with this affair, and oharged with assault-i assault-i ing and abusing the officer, delivered himself up, aud will have a hsarina: On Monday aftprnoon at 4 o'clock.
