Show I . . Railroad Matters. Saratoga, 21. There was a full attendance at-tendance of the railroad managers at a meeting held to-day. The following follow-ing resolutions were adopted unanimously: unani-mously: licsolccd, That the practice of paying pay-ing commissions on the sale of railroad rail-road tickets is demoralizing to employes em-ployes and should be discontinued. Jiesohed, That the best interests of ih rnmnaniea will be served by the abolition of the payment of Buch commissions. Kesolved, That it is recommended that all outside agencies for the sale of tickets be abolished. Resolved, That a circular embodying embody-ing the above be sent to all conipaniee, asking for their aesent, and containing contain-ing a olausa to the eflect that it will not bo binding on them unless land until ali competitors have ; agreed thereto, and asking the com-: com-: panics to name such competitors.
