Show 'OBSTRHTIONS. The attention of the inhabitants of Salt Lake city is called to the following follow-ing : IS ORUIXAN'CE RELATING TO SIGNS ! Sec. 4. Any person violating or failing to comply with any o! the provisions pro-visions of this Ordinance shad be liable to a fine of not lo exceed niiie'y-niuu dcli-rd, or imprisonment not to exceed thirty days, or both. Auy pereon failing to remove any ol the obitructions named in this Ordinance Ordi-nance within the time specified therein, shall bo liable to a further flue of five dollars for each aud every day that such obstruction so remains. SECTIOS 1. lie it ordained, by the City Council of Sail Lake City, That every owner or occupant of a lot is hereby required to remove from the street, aud sidewalk fronting the same, wagons, lumber, wood, boxes, leucing or other obstructions; and any person who ehall obstruct any of the sidewalks, ttreets or alleys, except ex-cept by permission of the City Council, Coun-cil, shall be liable lo a fine of not less than ono nor more than fifty dollars for each oll'euso.
