Show Antausas So Iuteri'ereiico. Washing ton, 20.-The cabinetsesiiion to-day continued nearly three hours. All the members except Postmaster General Jewell were present. Arkansas Arkan-sas matters were the subject of com-mont. com-mont. Attorney - General Williams submitted telegrams from Senator Clayton and Beveral state officers urging the recognition of the Smith party by the federal government, but the General opinion of the cabinet was that since their last meeting nothing has occurred to alter the decision made at that time. The government has in its possession no such informationjas would justify any interference with the controversy in that state. Governor Garland of Arkansas telegraphs his counsel here to-day from Little Bock as follows: "All peace, no noise, no disturbance." Little.Kock, 20. Smith is still hid. Peace and quiet prevail. Hon.
