Higgins is gaining a wide reputation for his skill as an oculist. Among his most recent cures is that of an intuit in-tuit daughter of Mr. J. De Spain, living at Deep Creek, Utah. The child is eii years old, and during the last three years she has sutfered greatly with her eyes. Fearing total blindness, tfce father, about a month ago, placed the child under the care of Dr. Higgins, and his skillful treatment treat-ment has restored soundness to her sight. A little weakness is apparent, a bright light produces pain; but all inflammation and signs of disease have been removed, and in another week or two the doctor expects to have the child's rieion restored to perfect strength. This is a very gratifying cure, and speaks highly for the attention and skill of the doctor. . jy24 For Sale.
