Cirl Schurz in Ohio, are expected to change the tide of public opinion, which now runs strongly for William Allen, in favor of Hayes and to elect the latter coventor. The republicans should not be too sure of this. It tho democratic demo-cratic financial plan has in it the trength ot a great popular revolution, revolu-tion, not all the gifted and profound orators in the land can change the public current. A political party cannot iely upon stump speeches to oarry the people in a campaign where there are vital principles at Btake, as there now appear to be in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
