Show Some time ago wc stated that Mr. T. E. Sickles, the General Superintendent Superin-tendent of tho U. P. R. K., would probably resign that position and devote de-vote himself exclusively to the engineering engi-neering department of the Company which, indeed, was quite enough for any one brain to look after. The Omaha Ikrald of Wednesday announces an-nounces tho formal resignation oi Mr. Sickles, and ihe appointment of Mr. S. H. H. Clark as his successor. Mr. Sickles ia a gentleman of great engineering engi-neering skill, and his service to the Company have been of imnieiKc value, val-ue, and of Mr. Clark as a business man and superintendent too much cannot be said. The division of their labors argues well for the good sense of the directors of the U. I'. E. II. |
