Show Wasatch Shooting Club. An adjourned meeting of the Salt Lake Shooting Club was held last evening, at L. Ordner's, when the Club was permanently organized under un-der the name of the Wasatch Shooting Shoot-ing Club, with the following officers: President, T. Selby; vice-president, 0. Obey; secretary, W. W. Black; treasurer, treas-urer, Louis Ordner. The committee appointed at the last meeting to draff, a .constitution and by-laws for the government gov-ernment of the Club reported the following, fol-lowing, which, was adopted,: Be it enacted that all members subscribing sub-scribing this day, Dec. 3uth. 1873, must pay on, or before the 2d day of" January, 1 S7-i, the sum of five dollars; dol-lars; and if not paid on or before that lime musf. relinquish tfi claim to the championanip medal, to be shot for at the next meeting of the Club. Any person wishing to become a member after flie 2d day of January, 1374, must be balloted for by the members of the Club at a regular meeting, and pay the sum of ten dollars. dol-lars.
