In the B'nai Ti'rilh convention this afternoon, the discus sion was on the reports of the Committee Com-mittee on Territories until 4 p.m.. when a vote was had, and the majority major-ity report w:is adopted. It mates several -changes, including the ru moval of New Jersey from the jirt to the third district, tho Southern Slates from the third to the fifth, and Michigan from the second to the seventh. The Committee on Asylum rcDorted adversely to making the Cleveland Asylum a general institution; institu-tion; report adopted. A resolution was passed thanking Rev. Dr. San-I'ord, San-I'ord, of Memphis, for his efficient aid during the pestilence in that city. Mr.Sanger's report on the Centennial and literature, favored the establishment estab-lishment of an official organ and the publication of a history of the order of American Judaism, to be ready j for the Philadelphia Exposition; report adopted, with amendment that ' the official org.m should not bo at any pecuniary risk to the order.
