Show Total Eclipse of The Noun-There Noun-There will be a total eclipse of tho moon this evening and to-morrow morning, visible throuehoiH America. Ameri-ca. In this city it begins at 10:1-1 o'clock to-night, and will end at 1:2-1. The eclipse will be total for thirty-throe thirty-throe minutes, beginning at 11:32, and continuing till five minutes past midnight. Although it is termed a total eclipse the moon will not bo invisible, in-visible, but will p:c.'nt a dull copper c."lor. There have been three ecHpscs this vear, two of the tun and one of the moon, but neither has Wen visible in the United Suites. However, Die people of the "Land of the free and home of brave'' will hav-o the satisfaction satis-faction of knowing that this eclipse will confine its exhibition chhtly to this country. |
