Show (By W. U. Tolosraph.) REPORTED, BLOODSHED AT HAMASA BAT. Havana, 13. Advices from St. Thomas to the 7th received. It was reported there that an American steamer had arrived at Porto Rioo with news that a steamship had appeared ap-peared in Samana bay with a large number of colonists from the United States, aud that when tho Americans attempted to disembark their landing was opposed by the inhabitants, and there was some bloodshed. The report re-port is not credited at St. Thomas, aod it is believed to have bocn manufactured manu-factured by the enemies of the Hama-ua Hama-ua bay scheme, in Porto Rico. |
