Provo, 25- Tlie Court met at nine o'clock this morning, when the argument argu-ment in tlie chancer)' suit of Goff cw, Whipple was resumed. The argument argu-ment occupied the entire morning scRion. The Court resumed its sitting atone o'clock p.m. The afternoon was taken up in hearing the arguments in the caso of Fricl against Wood, administrator. ad-ministrator. Theiewill be an evening session, commencing at seven o'clock, when :the question of tlie right of a second wife to testify in behalf of her husband, hus-band, is to be argued. The question is an important one, and considerable interest is felt in it by the attorneys here. Court, will probably adjourn to-nisdit. Judge Emerson is a brick among 'dobies. His style of doing business pleases lawyers and laymen. ; Times in Provo are dull, as in other ! places in this county. I |
