Show The Choral Musical?. Laot evening's mtisicale, of the Choral Union, w;vs attended by a select se-lect and appreciative audience. The a flair passed otX very pleasantly. In the selections from Haydn's Oratorio, the song, ' Xow Vanish," given by Mr. Horn; tho solo and choru--, " The Marvelous Work," by Mrs, Water-bury; Water-bury; and the aria, " With Verdure Clad," by Mrs. Hamilton, were particularly par-ticularly fine. In the' second part of the performance the chorus, " Like a Fairy Creature;'' the trio by Mcs-dames Mcs-dames Waterbury, Hamilton ard Ilaydon; " I Love my Love," by Mrs. Waterbury; "The Swallow?," by Mesdames Mathieson and IIayd'n; Mrs. Clenhuek's piano solo;'' " Tm.-t Her Not," by Mesdames Hamilton and Kaydon; and the chorus, Fox Jumped over the Pardon's Gale," were especially notable. Upon the evening of October Sth a social party is to be given in Hussey's new hall. It is expected to be very gay and happy. |
