Show Ground Broken. Yesterday morning ground was broken for tho oity water works up City creek canyon, Presidents B. Young and George A. Smith, mayor Wells, gpnorul J. v. Fox, a number of members of the city council, several of the city officials and a few other gentlemen being present. pre-sent. A dedicatory prayer was offered by Mr. Isaac (Jroo, after which tho mayor removed tho first shovelful of earth; President Young following. Remarks Re-marks wore niado by president Smith and mayor Wells, appropriate to tho occasion, when tho gentlemen returned to town. As we havo quite recently given a description of tho means by which the business part of tho city is 1 to bo supplied with water, tho facta will bo fresh in the public mind.
