The board of arbitration arbitra-tion held a three and a hail hours session ses-sion to-day concluding all tho business requiring the deliberation of the court, and adjourned till Monday to give time for a final revising and trnaslating of the official copies of tho judgment rendered. The arbitrators have accepted ac-cepted an invitation of the Swiss federal fede-ral council to a state dinner at Berne in celebration of the event. They return re-turn to Geneva on Saturday the 14th, when the official signatures will be affixed to the documents and the respective re-spective governments apprised of the results of the arbitration in accordance with the terms of the treaty. General gratification is expressed at the speedy and satisfactory results of the labors. Some attaches of the court havo already left Geneva. |
