Fisk and Mr, James Downs to their last restiog placo, a telegram was received at the office of Wells, Fargo & Co. directing that Mr. Fisk's body should be placed in a metallic oaso and forwarded cast; tho telegram comes from his brother. The instructions were promptly attended at-tended to; and tho body was placod in a oano with all tho kindness and consideration con-sideration of warm friends. Tho caskc-, we understand, will loavo for tho ea6t this morning. There having orison some misunderstanding misunder-standing relative to tho cause of Mr. I'isk'a death, justioo to tho departed has called forth the following certificate from Dr. Fowler, who attended him in his last minutes : , Salt Lake Oity, Deo. 11, 1S712. This will certify that I was tho attendant at-tendant of W. T. Fisk (dead) and that1 ho died of rheumatism of the hoart.
