A de-crey de-crey of divorce was granted, the plaintiff plain-tiff to have the custody of their minor child, and to assume her maiden name. Alimony, $-,-500. Albert Hagan and H. P, Somiker, of California, were admitted to the bn r. Chief-Justice MeKej n suiil thiit en his request, tiovernor WootLs would, in a short time, assign one of tho associate as-sociate justices temporarily to the Third District, in onler that ho (Me-Kean) (Me-Kean) could have an opportunity to rest. In view that Associate-Justice Emen-on would soon hold a term of court in the First District, the governor gover-nor concluded to assign Associate-Justice Associate-Justice Boreman to the Third District, as that gentleman's court would bo Adjourned shortly.
