A dispatch from Belfast Bel-fast at noon states tho disturbances there continued through Saturday night into Sunday, and are not yet ended. The populace dividod into hostile Catholic Cath-olic and Protestant mobs, aud whenever when-ever they como into oontact thero is a fight, Tho police aro using every effort ef-fort to stop tho rioting, and have been obliged to fire on tho rioters of both eides; many of the latter aro wounded. The troops with fixed bayonets arc now occupying the priocipal streets and will koep tho mobs apart. Tho dragoons of the 40th regiment have arrived at Belfast from Dublin. Constabulary are pouring into tho city from all parts. No persons are reported killed, but the excitement is so great that it is impossible impossi-ble to get definite particulars. Telegrams frjm Lurgan, Ulster, on the Belfast and Ulster railway, say there are serious disturbances disturb-ances there. The authorities called military to their aid. London, I'J, 5 p.m. Later telegrams from Belfast say reports are current there that the city is about to he placed under ujartul law.
