On motion of Mr. Hatch the committee com-mittee on printing were instructed to inquire into how the laws published have been distributed. Mr. Kockwood introduced a bill for "an act amending tho charter of Cor-innc Cor-innc city." Beferrcd to the .committee .commit-tee on municipal incorporations. Mr. Reese presented a joint resolution resolu-tion authorizing the Deserct Agricultural Agricul-tural and Manufacturing society to use the Territorial funds now in their hands to pay the expenses of holding a fair and paying premiums on stock, etc. Mr.S.S.
