Show Theatre. There was a very crowded crowd-ed house la-it night to witness "The Palaco of Truth" and seo tho MajU-tona MajU-tona and the illuminated fountain. Tho comedy, as wc have had occasion to sny before, i.i a well written one with a good deal of human naturoand a sound moral. It wtis very well play cd by the company, and in this connco-lion connco-lion v;c must notice the rapid improvement improve-ment of Miss Suio Spencer, who bids fair to be n charming littlo actress. But expectation was in tip toe to see the M:jiltons, and expectation was not disappointed. They appeared in the second act, and their performance jus:!' entitled them to (he appellation "wonderful." It is pantomimic, but 'so peculiarly unique that an audience is i-tnrtlcd and amuecd by it. Tloy should bo seen by those- who were not ' present hl night, and will be again by 'hmuheds who were there. Tho beau-Itiful beau-Itiful illuminated fountain closed the ! entertainment, which i3 everyway ! woithy of patronage. |
