Show Mining Map. Colonel Froiseth showed us yesterday his new mining 'nap of Uiah, embracing the different districts from tho northern boundaiy of the Territory to Mount Nebo south. It is very finely executed, colored and not up with the greatest of care; and whether mounted for hanging in offices, or in poeket-form for convenience conveni-ence in carrying, will be a valuable addition to the stock of information sought for by all interested in the mines of this region. The mounted maps arc now for sale; $6 each, and can be obtained at the Surveyor General's Gen-eral's offije, opposite tho Townsend House. Those for the pocket wdl be received from the east in a few days. |
