Madame Lake's circus cir-cus perf trmed on Friday night, yesterday yester-day afternoon and last night Oi course the balloon ascensions attract large crowds; but apart from that the performances are of a very superior order, and the performers leading ones in their various lines. The stock it-superb. it-superb. We do not remember ever having seen finer animals in the ring. One of them, "William "Wil-liam Lake," named for the deceased husband of the proprietress, is a magnificent mag-nificent animal, with a flowing mane of unrivalled length.
