Mr. Murdoek presented the linincial report of Beaver county for the years 170 and 171; referred to the committee commit-tee on iv-venue. Mr. Rowbcrry presented an act amending an act entitling the seers tan of Utah, lo receive and collect fees iu certain eases; which was read the tirst time and referred to tlie committee on revenue. On motion of Mr. lun'kwood, the committee on enmities were instructed to examine the boundaries of tho ! counties, and see if any part of our Territory is. left without a county or ganization. On motion of Mr. iViiL-onk, the committee com-mittee on claims amd appropriations, were instructed toioiiiiro into the condition con-dition of tho Territorial seal, and if necessary make an appropriation to defray de-fray the expenses of a new .-eal and presa.
