Show LEGAL DECISION. A large portion of our space to day is giveD up to a ruling by Chief Ju;-tice Titus, formerly of this Territory, delivered de-livered May 23 d, 1S65, on points which are again before the court in which Judge Titus then preided. The ruling rul-ing is an able ?nd exhaustive one, and will be road wiih interest not merely by members of the bar, but by the entire en-tire people who are interested in the inaintcriance of their liberties. It shows, too, how persistent and continuous contin-uous have been the attacks made upon the authority of this municipality by ihe same clique that now assails it tetter known at the present as the ''whisky ring." Ooden. We had a call yesterday from Mr. A. J. Fitzgerald, of the Ogden House, who gave ua the pleasing pleas-ing information that small-pox lias disappeared from that neighborhood.
