Show Sunday School Institute. As ilready announced a Sunday School Institute will be held this morning and ifternoon at Faust's Hall, Second South street, under the direction of :he Bev. Dr. Vincent, of Now York, assisted by Phillip Phillips, Esq., of New York, and D. L. Moody, Esq., of Chicago. The sessions will commence com-mence at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., to which all Sabbath school workers are invited. The object of the institute is to show with what facility Sunday schools can be governed and how easily instruction an be imparted by those who have made the matter a study. Dr. Vin-;ent Vin-;ent has had great experience in this lepartmeut, having made it a specialty 'or many years. His assistants are also men of efficiency in this branch of education. We are assured :hat there is nothing of a sectarian ,-haractcr connected with the institute, the information imported beiug just as applicable to a Mormon Sunday school or an Episcopalian Sunday school as to a Methodist Sunday school. It would be well for our citizens citi-zens interested in the success of our Sabbath schools to attend and gain all the information they can upon the subject. |
