Show Questions answered. Travelers, tourists and visitors to Salt Lake City often ask the questions, Where is the best place to visit the Great Salt Luke, and which is the best way to et to it ? With a knowledge of the country that enables us to speak understandiimly, we direct them to Luke Side for the following reasons : It is easy of access, being close to the Utah Central and quickly reached from the Lake Side station The bottom is hard and .andy, and the water is an excellent average of the Lake, neither so exceedingly ex-ceedingly salt as at the south-western shore, nor so fresh as at the mouths of the rivers, and is therefore pleasant to bathe in. Ample accommodations, accommoda-tions, dressing rooms, bathing costume-and costume-and toilet requisites are prepared for those who wish to enjoy the bath. Boating can be obtaied there, under the supervision of a competent person. Refreshments can also be procured on the spot if r quired. And for parties who desire to spend some hours in a oool, delightful shade, tnere is a pleasant pleas-ant grove contiguous where huge old trees interlace each other with their leafy shade over a platform for dancing, danc-ing, swings, etc.; while a stream cf clear mountain water dashes and sparkles spar-kles and .sings its way through it, hurrying hur-rying ouwa rd to be lost in the waters of the lake. Citizens should not foiget the excur jion to Lake i-'ide this morning. The train leaves at 9 o'clock |
